Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased and delivered.

 

RYD Visuals sells digital products, including Lightroom presets, editing tools, guides, educational materials, and video lessons. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for completed purchases. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about compatibility, included files, or how the product works, contact us before placing your order. We will help you resolve the issue and make sure you receive the product you purchased. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as a duplicate purchase of the same product, a technical issue that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, lack of software knowledge, incompatibility that was stated in the product description, or dissatisfaction based on personal style preferences.
