Welcome to RYD Visuals. These Terms and Conditions apply to all digital products purchased through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

RYD Visuals sells digital products for photographers, including Lightroom presets, editing tools, educational materials, guides, and video lessons.

All products are delivered digitally, and no physical items will be shipped. After your payment is completed, you will receive access to your purchased product by email or through the checkout/download page. Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

 

If you do not receive your files or have any issues accessing them, contact us at veronika@rydvisuals.com and we will help you resolve the issue. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your own photography work. You may use the presets and materials for personal and professional editing. However, you may not resell, share, redistribute, copy, modify for resale, upload, or give away the digital products, files, lessons, or materials in any form.

 

All digital products, presets, educational materials, images, text, and content provided by RYD Visuals remain the intellectual property of RYD Visuals. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership to you. Presets and editing tools may look different depending on camera settings, lighting, file type, white balance, exposure, and the original image. RYD Visuals does not guarantee identical results on every photo.

 

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. RYD Visuals may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
